Refunds

Once Earth Weave has received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs to send back the item are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the standard return process. Following this, please place a new order with the correct sizing and/or colour.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

As a result, we will take full responsibility for such issues and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
